After holidays and summer its been tough to keep motivation and attendance high every week but we got a full night's worth of tries and managed to get Professor down on heroic after a few agonising wipes on 1%. Switching from 3 to 2 Healers with jonnie going Moonkin made the difference in the end. 3 achievements left for drakes! GJ all
Not that their was any massive expectations for the Ruby Sanctum, but boss down on first night. Fairly simple mechanics to it, once slackers stopped slacking on the death beam, Halion dropped like a fly.Hopefully heroic will keep us busy in the coming weeks.
Well what a long time coming its been, the past 3 raid weeks, we've had one night cancelled due to Lagg, 2nd week Due to the server D/C half the raid and not being able to get on for 2 hours and last week due to easter sunday we didn't have decent raid setup to get her down. Tonight after a hours worth of tries we managed to drop her, quite comfortably in the end, just bite failings after the 2nd Blood bolts that were holding us back and one wipe on 1.4% which she would have died if the Shaman's didn't slack on the BL calls! Gratz on Boorz on getting his shield, Jupsik and Rza picking up the Sanc tokens. Sindragosa next!
Lich King 10 man down finally after a long hard slog for a good few monday/tuesday 10 man raid nights. Messy kill in the end all 3 healers actually died but luckly he was on 12% and a life saving Lay on hands from Boorz (at the cost of many farmer's fields in Estonia) kept the tanks up long enough for the DPS to get him to 10% and grab the free kill at the end. Tough going, but he's dead and heroic modes now to look forward too. GJ all.
Valiritha Down (Or Up rather) after 2 attempts tonight, really is a bit of a gimmick encounter and nothing else. We had tried it at the tail end of a few raid nights and not got very far, but tonight being the first raid night focused on it she was healed up in no time. GJ all and with an excellent week of progress that was including having to cancel the raid on Thursday due to lagg. Lungbreaker dagger dropped - unluckily for crash again the raid night he wasent here it drops, same story for rib spreader aswell. Really Harsh considering its the only 2 raids he's missed. Tanking neck and Holy pala boots were the other loot. BQL next week's focus!
